How can I check the status of a payment?

See where your payment stands in the Payouts tab, what Pending and Paid mean, and when to reach out.

Written by Katherine Hart

Every job you close goes through a quick review before it's paid. You can see exactly where your payment stands any time in the Payouts tab of your Pro Dashboard.

📊 Find Your Payouts

  • Open the Payouts tab

    • Log in to your Pro Dashboard from a computer and select Payments in the left menu, then Payouts.

  • Review each payout

    • Each payout lists the related job IDs, job total, any deductions (including fees), total payout, and payout date. Click Export to download your payout history.

  • Don't see your job?

    • It's still in review and hasn't been processed yet. Give it the full 5–7 business days from close-out before reaching out.

⏱ What Each Status Means

  • Not listed yet: in review

    • Our team is still reviewing your close-out. Payments are processed within 5–7 business days from when you close out the job in the app or dashboard.

  • Pending: processed, deposit on the way

    • Your job has been processed in the Lula system. Allow 4 business days for the direct deposit to reach your bank account. Your expected payment date is listed in the Payouts tab.

  • Paid: deposited

    • The payment has been deposited to your bank account. It will show as coming from Lula.

🔍 What Happens After You Close a Job

  • Our processing team reviews it

    • We check your notes, photos, and pricing to verify the work was completed. Once everything checks out, the job is processed and your payment is released.

  • Missing details cause a kick-back

    • If something is missing, you'll get a kick-back asking for more information. Processing is paused until you send it, so respond quickly to keep your payment moving.

đŸ€© Bonus Tip: Close out every job with full service notes, before and after photos, and your parts costs. Complete close-outs are the fastest way to get paid.
