No-Show/Same-Day Cancellation
Effective January 2026: $50 No-Show Fee
This fee is automatically charged if the app is not updated within your initial 4-hour arrival window, or if the job is cancelled within 24 hours of the appointment

Why the No-Show Fee Is Increasing
Starting in January, the no-show fee will increase from $35 to $50. This change helps:
Ensure real-time visibility for our clients
Reduce unnecessary repeat dispatches
Reinforce the importance of updating job status in the app promptly and accurately
Keeping the app up to date allows Lula to communicate clearly with residents and customers—and helps protect your time and earnings.
Background Check Fee
A background check costs $45 per person. This is a one-time fee and will be deducted from your next payout.
