Your bank account cannot be changed within the Lula Pros app. You can only make changes to that in your online dashboard. Login here to make changes: Provider Dashboard.
Add Banking Info
Use the following tutorial for a step-by-step guide on how to add your bank account information.
Go to the Banking Tab
Enter Account Details
Click Save Banking Information
Once the Banking tab is completed, you will see another tab for Taxes to ensure all information is verified. To view any possible missing fields, select Edit within the sections.
Update Banking Info
Use the following tutorial for a step-by-step guide on how to update your bank account information.
Go to the Banking Tab
Click Edit Banking Info
Update your account details and click Save
After updating your banking details, you must also:
Go to the Taxes section
Update the information under Payout Details
Click Save
Please note:
You must update and save both sections in order for payouts to be sent to the updated bank account.
Please ensure your bank account and personal details match how you would like to receive your 1099 and file your taxes with Lula.
