If you need to reschedule a job that's scheduled for today, please call 913-444-9293 to reach our phone support. They will work with you and the resident to come up with a new date and time.
⚠️ Avoid the $50 Cancellation Fee: canceling a job in the app within 24 hours of the appointment, or not tapping "Start Job" within your 4-hour arrival window, results in a $50 fee. If the resident no-shows, do NOT cancel the job. Follow the Resident No-Show steps to receive your $50 Trip Fee.
If you need to reschedule a job that's more than a day in advance, please send us a message on the job in your app or web portal and include alternative times that will work for you. You can message us using the chat function in the upper right hand corner of the job details. Once received, we will work with the resident to schedule a new time and confirm with you.
