Lula procures the parts for several common services, including, but no limited to, water heater replacement, HVAC replacement, roof replacement, appliance replacement, and several high volume general maintenance services.
For general maintenance services (handyman), Lula will procure parts for only toilet replacement services and garbage disposal replacement services. When you're approved for one of these services, Lula will place a materials order at your nearest Home Depot. You'll receive a notification in the app with the confirmation number, warehouse address, and pickup details. Do not purchase Lula-procured materials out of pocket without authorization. If materials aren't ready or available when you arrive, contact Lula using the number in your work order.
For all other Flat Rate Catalog services, you're expected to bring or procure materials relevant to the scope of work. You can see exactly which materials are accounted for in the scope of work description. Any small material costs that are needed but fall outside of the standard scope can be added via the add-ons field in the app.
