Flat-Price (FP) and Flat Rate Catalog are two distinct pricing types on the Lula Platform. While the names are confusing, they have significant differences.
Flat-Price (FP) jobs are a pre-determined, pre-set price. This could be for things like a larger, specialty replacement like an HVAC or Water Heater, but it could also be for something like a diagnosis or paid quote. If you see a Flat Price job, the price you see is the price you are paid for the listed job description (with caveats). Typically higher-ticket work that requires a separate quoting and procurement process.
Flat-Rate Catalog is the catalog-based pricing model for set services and general handyman work. You select from 500+ pre-priced services in the app, and your payout is set automatically based on your market tier. In the app, you'll see a Service Fee + Selected Services payout model.
