Job Completion and Payment
After a job is completed, Pros submit required documentation through the Lula Pro app. This typically includes service notes, photos, and any applicable invoices or completion details. Once the job is reviewed and approved, payment is processed by Lula.
Payment Method
Payments are issued directly to Pros via direct deposit. This allows Lula to handle billing and collection from the property manager, so Pros do not need to invoice or collect payment from residents or customers on-site.
Payment Timeline
After work is completed successfully, payment will hit a Pro's bank account in 3-5 business days. This timeline is dependent on proper documentation and quality of work. Pros can track job status and payment progress.
Fees and Deductions
Lula deducts the agreed-upon flat percentage platform fee from the completed job amount before issuing payment. Any applicable, avoidable fees (such as same-day cancellations or no-shows) are also reflected transparently. See more about the fees here.
No Chasing Payment
Pros never collect payment from tenants or property managers at the job site. Lula manages customer billing and payment collection, reducing administrative work and helping ensure timely payouts.
