Lula partners with reliable, professional contractors to deliver high-quality service to our customers. To join the Lula Pro Network, applicants must meet the following requirements:

General Liability Insurance

Contractors must carry active general liability insurance that meets Lula’s minimum coverage requirements. This helps protect you, our customers, and Lula in the event of accidental property damage or injury during a job. For specific insurance requirements, go here.

Service Vertical–Specific Licensing

If your trade requires a license in your state or local jurisdiction (such as plumbing, electrical, or HVAC), you must hold a valid and current license for the service verticals you plan to perform through Lula. For specific license information, visit here.

Willingness to Use the Lula Pro App

All work orders, job updates, photos, notes, and invoices are managed through the Lula Pro app. Contractors must be willing and able to use the app to accept jobs, communicate status, and complete work efficiently.

Background Check

All applicants are required to pass a background check. This helps ensure safety and trust for both our customers and our Pro network.

Online References & Reputation

Lula reviews online presence and references as part of the application process. This may include business listings, customer reviews, or other public indicators of professionalism, reliability, and quality of work.

Ongoing Quality Standards

Approval to the Lula Pro Network is not a one-time qualification. All contractors are expected to maintain Lula’s quality and professionalism standards throughout their partnership. This includes:

  • Completing work in accordance with applicable codes, regulations, and industry best practices

  • Communicating clearly and professionally with customers and the Lula team

  • Providing timely job updates, documentation, and photos through the Lula Pro app

  • Maintaining active insurance, required licenses, and good standing in applicable jurisdictions

  • Meeting performance expectations related to reliability, workmanship, and customer satisfaction

Lula regularly reviews Pro performance and may take corrective action, pause job assignments, or remove contractors from the network if quality standards are not consistently met.
