Enabling the Property Meld Integration
The Property Meld integration is now live. This integration allows job statuses from Lula to sync back to Property Meld in real time, improving visibility and reducing manual updates for maintenance teams.
To enable the integration, follow the steps below.
Step 1: Navigate to Vendors in Property Meld
In your Agent account, use the left-hand navigation menu to:
Click Vendors
Select Find New Vendors
Step 2: Find Lula in the Vendor Nexus Program
From the list of available vendors, locate Lula under the Vendor Nexus program.
Step 3: Connect With Lula
Click “Connect with this Vendor” to enable the integration.
What Happens Next
Once connected:
Any jobs assigned to Lula through Property Meld will sync automatically
Lula job status updates will pass back into Property Meld in real time
No additional setup is required
You’re all set. Future jobs sent to Lula will now stay fully in sync within your Property Meld workflow.
