When you are ready to schedule a service on the app, the first thing you'll need to do is create an account.

If you've already done that, you're only a few steps away!

Once you're in the app, you'll need to create a location.

After confirming your location, you will be asked a few more questions. These just help us gather enough information to give you accurate pricing. 

You will be only asked to do these things the first time you set up your property. Every service you order after that will already have the information.

Next, you'll select what service you want to schedule. You have the option of selecting lawn care, house cleaning, junk removal, HVAC services, handyman services, electrical, and plumbing. If you need your lawn mowed, select lawn care. If you need a door hinge replaced, select handyman. 

Many of our services allow you to schedule hourly service. If you don't see your service listed, select hourly service and add what you need into the consumer notes. 

You'll be asked a few more questions about the job before you are brought to the scheduling page. Here, you get to choose between same-day or future service. If you order before 3 PM, you can schedule on-demand services. We had to put a time limit on it because many providers don't want to work all night long. If you select a future date and time, you will be prompted to give three available dates/times for your provider to choose from. 


If you haven't already, you will be asked to enter payment information. Don't worry, your information is completely secure and will never be used for anything but processing payments on your account.
