In the event that you do not show up for a job that you claimed, we hold the right to incur a $35 cancellation fee. We understand things happen and we try to work with our providers. The key is communication and letting us know ASAP if you are not going to be able to make a scheduled job. Oftentimes, we can find another provider to take your job. But in the case that we can’t, we will enforce the fee. We charge the fee if you cancel the job on the day it is scheduled.
You are protected as well. We also hold the right to enforce a $35 cancellation on the consumer side as well.
