Currently, consumers can only schedule a service using the app. With that being said, the service will be available on desktop in the future. We realize that this is a feature that our consumers want, so we are working to make that happen 😊

Providers must also have the app installed on their phone. We require providers to update the job status in real-time to keep the consumer informed. Although providers need the app, they can still claim jobs in the desktop manager.
