To claim a job in the mobile app, follow these instructions:
Receive a Job Notification
You’ll be notified when a new job becomes available. Notifications can come via push, text, or email depending on your settings. For fastest response, enable push and text notifications.View the Job
Tap or click “View” in the notification to open the job preview.Open the Request Details
Click into “Request Details” to see the full job information, including the description, map, available dates/times, and any related photos.Review the Prescheduled Times
These are preset appointment times approved by the tenant. Only claim the job if one of these times works for your schedule.Request Alternative Times (Optional)
If the job interests you but the listed times don’t work, click “Request Additional Availability” and submit your own preferred times. The tenant will review and, if accepted, the job will be assigned to you.Claim or Pass
Once you’ve reviewed the job, click “Claim” to accept it and add it to your schedule, or click “Pass” to decline it. Passing will remove it from your available jobs and notify the team that you’re not interested.View Claimed Jobs
After claiming, the job is officially yours. You’ll see the full address and details. You can view all your accepted jobs under the “Claimed Jobs” tab.

If you received a text or notification for a job, but you can't find it in the app, it's likely that it was already claimed by another Pro.
