If you follow these rules, you will see a faster and higher quote approval rate.
The best Pros follow the rule, SCOPE IT
S - Scope of Work (Where/What/Why)
Provide the details of what you will be doing, where you will be doing it on the property, and why it is necessary. Along with that, each task should be provided separately. This should also include measurement (Linear feet, square feet, etc)
C - Cost Breakdown
Every quote should have a breakdown of labor and materials on each task in the quote
O - Options
If there is more than one option for repair, provide both. An example is a repair and a replacement option.
P - Photos
The more pictures you have, the more likely you are to receive approval. You should have photos of every quoted repair, including equipment details when necessary.
E - Equipment Details
If you are working on some mechanical equipment (appliances, water heaters, HVAC, etc) you should provide the make and model details of every unit, as well as measurements.
I - If Urgent

T - Timeline
Please let us know when you could start, if approved, and how long the repairs would take.
